1. Children Stay Policy

• Children below 5 years:
  Stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents/guardians.
• Children between 5 to 10 years:
  May be accommodated at an additional charge, as applicable.
• Children above 10 years:
  Will be considered as adults for accommodation and pricing purposes.

2. Extra Bed Policy

• Extra beds / mattresses are subject to availability.
• Charges for extra beds will be applicable as per hotel policy.
• Only a limited number of extra beds can be provided per room.

3. Occupancy Rules

• Maximum room occupancy is strictly defined by room category.
• Exceeding the allowed number of guests may result in additional charges or refusal of accommodation.

4. Meals for Children

• Complimentary meals (if any) for children are subject to the booked meal plan.
• Additional charges may apply for children’s meals depending on age and consumption.

5. Supervision & Safety

• Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.
• The hotel shall not be responsible for any injury or mishap involving children due to lack of supervision.

6. Identification Requirement

• Valid age proof may be requested at the time of check-in to determine applicable charges.

7. Policy Modification

• Fort Mangalgarh Palace reserves the right to modify this child policy without prior notice.
• The policy applicable at the time of booking will be considered final.
